Wrongful signage???

Hey friends, so this morning/midday I was slightly starved so I decided to stop by Chipotle to pick up a chicken bowl!  Needless to say, it was of course YUMMY!!!!  Yet, as I drove up I noticed this sign and thought it read weird... I will post the sign, and please let me know what you think...

I read the sign to say "Now hiring gourmet burritos and tacos"
