Happy St. Patrick's Day!!

I hope everyone has had a great day!  I worked today (most of the day), then came home and started dinner.  We had roasted fish for tacos with some sauteed  asparagus.  Needless to say, the dinner was great.

Of course for dessert I had one of these...

Now there are only four pieces left.  I gave a piece to each of two of my co-workers.  One I help with food at work; the other is pregnant...  They both LOVED it and COMPLETELY devoured them in less than a minute.  Now of course I can agree!!

My St. Patty's day has been boring, but nice.  I hope everyone had a great day, and of course a safe day/night!!
